Started his professional activity in Ribalta Abogados, where he articled in Barcelona (1988 – 1993) and eventually led its Madrid office (1993 – 1998); he then joined as partner Suarez de Lezo Abogados (1998 – 2004), and Vialegis (and Vialegis – Dutilh), as managing partner of the its Madrid office (2004 – 2017).
Has an ample experience as corporate commercial and commercial property specialist. Advises multinationals of the commercial property field on mall sales and promotion processes, negotiating expansion and franchise contracts, both for domestic and international clients.
Also specialises in litigation and insolvency law.
