Avest lawyers, was founded in July 2017 by Juan García-Mochales, Nicolás Martín de Vidales, David Bara Fernández and our unforgettable Rafael Ortiz de Solórzano. It is a national firm with an excellent integration of lawyers and tax advisers specialized in business law, our main clients being both individuals and companies and family groups.

We have professionals with extensive experience in advising clients, both national and international, in commercial contracts, corporate and financing operations, mergers, acquisitions and restructurings, advice to startups and entrepreneurs, tax, procedural, real estate law, arbitration and bankruptcy law, as well as in data protection matters, also acting in other jurisdictions through a network of independent collaborating law firms, a reflection of our international vocation.

Our main objective is quality advice that, together with our firm desire to strengthen relationships with clients, allows us to offer a personalized and close treatment as well as practical and effective legal advice.

The dimension of Avest lawyers allows us to participate with clients in the resolution of their needs and thus achieve their objectives, ensuring cost control and participating partners personally in the study and resolution of matters, which allows us to ensure the quality of our work.
