Focused on tax law related matters, including tax litigation, and M&A. Specialist in Tax Law with ample expertise on tax planning, M&A, spin-offs and demergers, corporate and family wealth restructurings, investment and divestment processes, representation of clients before the tax authorities and tax litigation.
Lectured for the Tax Advice Masters of the Instituto de Empresa (Madrid) and the Universidad de Deusto (Bilbao). Regularly gives papers in seminars and conferences on tax matters organised by several leading education institutions (IE, Instituto Gallego de Ciencias Jurídicas, Universidad de Deusto, Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Navigation of Bilbao, etc.).
Co-authored various publications on a variety of tax matters and authored monographies published in specialized reviews.
