Also worked as legal adviser for the Madrid Stock Exchange Company (1990 – 1992); senior associate for the UK law firm Stephenson Harwood (1992 – 1995); founding partner of Ussía & Martín de Vidales (1995 – 2013) and partner of Vialegis Abogados (2013 – 2017).
Has a vast experience in the commercial law field, and has participated in numerous acquisition projects as well as banking and stock Exchange transactions.
Acts regularly as arbitrator in domestic arbitration disputes and is a seasoned counsel in international arbitration disputes.
Authored and co-authored several publications in international reviews.
