Partner responsible for the legal advice of Colombia and the LATAM region department.
With almost 20 years of professional practice, she has rendered her professional services in Colombia, in the offices Consultoría Contractual Abogados (1999 – 2002), as specialist advisor in state contracting and arbitration courts, and in Dávila & Asociados (2002 – 2003) as an associate lawyer.
In Spain she has developed her professional practice in Vialegis (and Vialegis – Dutilh) between 2006 and 2017, working for the commercial, real estate and international law departments.
Currently she is practicing in both jurisdictions (Spain – Colombia), and she has had the opportunity to advise different types and sizes of companies in the business venture or in the temporary or permanent establishment in Colombia. In Spain, she focuses her practice on commercial law (real estate, expansion and franchises).
